I think that girl is his wife, and they are doing this video at home.

She doesnt have to say a single word.

Come on man, i mean that’s kind of rude to say dont you think?

  15. erjohnson227 says:

You already commented once, i think we get the idea.

Hey Dan, the voltage vs. light curve is logarithmic much like any other diode right? If there is an adequate light for the cell, is the voltage very constant? The only thing that really changes with light is amperage? (and of course wattage)

  17. gatorneck305 says:

what is the name of the cell? What would I search for if I were buying them from ebay?

  18. Gamepro1178 says:

    cool

  19. headacherack says:

Where do you buy those type of cells at?

If you tinned the tip of your soldering iron you would get much better heat transfer on the tip of the soldering iron and it wouldn’t be such a pain to solder. To many impurities on the tip of soldering iron lowers the temp of the tip and makes it harder to solder. Tinning the tip makes it so no impurities get on the tip. Whenever you buy a new tip you always tin it first, tinning a used tip is nearly impossible. Cleaning the tip off with a wet sponge after soldering a piece on help too.

just look up solar panels on ebay. it has some results (price ranges from a new car to an outdated ipod).

ey gracias por el video esta buenisimo.porque muestra como incrementar el voltage atraves de el volumen de placas solares. thanks

  23. gatorneck305 says:

how many do u need to charge a car battery?

  24. djcspinnercesar says:

Is there a limit to how many you can put together. Will the wire be fried if too much current flows threw the wire?
For example 648 of these cells put together. To achieve 1,134 watts.

  25. SteveCrothers says:

    @DJ,

Yes you can do what your looking for, however you would do them in clusters of panels. Say 50-60 panels in each group, then run each group to a patch panel to bring the power together. That way you don’t have to worry about using expensive thick solder.
