www.easyhomesolarpower.com In this video this mans home is completely powered by the power of the sun which is available to us all. DIY solar power for your home is actually fairly simple. You can follow the above link and find an ebook giving instructions on how to make your own solar power system for less than 0.00 worth of materials to get started. I have found it very useful information in solar power kits and highly recommend it.

Every time I watch one of these videos, I get really interested. Then I find out I have to purchase a book or books or a system or a kit. There is always a catch. Someone gets rich while I toil away figuring out construction plans, etc.

there should a donate button and free information really for such an important subject. but id rather pay this good man than an oil company executive. i wonder what great things he would do with the money? whereas an oil company would probably fund experiments in addictive harmful substances chemicals etc.

SOLAR POWER + ELECTRIC CARS = FREEDOM !

When the batteries eventually do go bad, can they be recycled? Or do they end up in a landfill? And do we have the resources to produce enough of these batteries if we experienced a nation wide trend change to electrical vehicles?

I built my own Solar Panels for UNDER $100 which are currently powering my 1700 square foot home using the plans at:

I built my own Solar Panels for under $100 and a Solar Water Heater for under $10 that I am currently using to power my 1700 Square Foot home using the plans at:

We don’t have these panels at our homes because it probably cost him over $250,000 to build it all, that’s why. They kept that part quite.

  12. ewtubewashed says:

it would be worth it to pay double that. keep in mind he is hardly paying anything for transportation and if he is not using all that energy that he is harnessing then he is getting paid for what goes back out on the grid. worth every penny.

  13. blueshadowes says:

I agree with Maccan. If people were serious about saving the environment the info would be put up here for FREE so we can all do it NOW. People who want to get rich on selling their designs on clean power care more about themselves than saving the planet.

the lifespan of solar pannels is 50-75 years. by the time you save enough to get your money back you’ll have to buy new ones.

…….because a most people who are not so fortunate as this guy has to put up with living in crappy little town houses with no room to put up masses of solar panels…..And so much planning permission required to do so.
These people are enslaved into paying energy companies cos they don`t have a spare 10 acres of land to do what the fuk they want….Otherwise, Yeah great idea.!!

  16. shlitsinator says:

best way to profit from solar panels is if your using them to power a grow room:)

  17. garagecrap says:

Is it worth it? I’ve powered my garage for 5 years. In that time batteries were replaced 2x and at the end of 5 years the solar cells surface got so oxided (faded) by sun they produced next to nothing. I could have probably run the garage for 20 years from normal power for same cost.

maybe govs should make it bheaper

  19. Ebiczebulanious says:

A solar power system for your home will cost over $25,000. It will only have 4 hours of useful sunlight during the winter months at 30 deg. N Lat. You can at best save around a $1000/Yr on your electric bill. If you invested the $25,000 in a income fund you would get a return of around $1,200/yr.

    your a nay sayer
    your not one of us
    your trying to hurt Obama
    your a racist
    you must be liquidated

  22. thageek says:

we all better start resorting to something like this and fast…

  23. amanwithdreams says:

@Ebiczebulanious In Australia now the Goveernment pays you .60 cents per kilo watt for any extra electricity you export out onto the Grid. We pay under .20 cents per kilo watt. Therefore if your system is large enough, you will actually make money off the system. Last point you don’t actually install solar to save money, it’s to do the right thing for the enviroment and planet. Peace

  24. amanwithdreams says:

@garagecrap Did you buy top quality guaranteed products, or did you buy on bottom end price?

  25. Ebiczebulanious says:

Your Government is more inefficient than Solar Power. Amazing accomplishment!
