For $250 I think he means it came with the panel the charger and all the other items. Low Wattage but for a kit that’s pretty nice.
Its a rip off.

i have a cheaper soler progect i have a 15w solar panel acualy i reches 30w on a desert summer day and that cost me 100$ and igot a battery backup abd it charges from the soler panel and it comes with a inverter and it can power a incondecint light for a day with full charge and that cost me 150$ ha i have a cheaper one than you!

thanks, you have ha cool prroject to! im having a update to may project. i have 220$ alouance so i can buy a deal it costs 180$ for a 220$ price it come with two soler panels the same that i got and one of them can reach 30w so 30+30+30=90, 90 watts thats alot and it also comes with a charge controleri cant make a vid now becuse the soler panel isent up and i did not buy the kit yet my dad sez we can put every thind on and buy the kit in july.
oh sorry until spring. mest up there.
